Puppy Starter Package

In-home 1 hour private sessions with a professional certified trainer
Personalized packages to tackle common puppy raising challenges such as: chewing, mouthing, jumping, counter surfing, crate training, recall, polite greetings, and more!

Walk and Train Package
Free 30-minute discovery call to discuss client goals, packages, and ensure methods and expectations align
45 minute sessions where the trainer will work on building new behaviours and encourage engagement using positive reinforcement methods
A personalized training plan will be provided at the end of the package and the client must join the trainer on the last walk of the package to have all skills transferred over.

Back to Basics

Behaviour Modification Virtual Consultation
For those who are struggling with reactive and/or aggressive behaviour and want to better understand why it is happening, and receive tips on how to manage and treat the behaviour
1 hour consultation with a certified trainer to ask a series of questions about training history, daily activities, health status, current environmental triggers, bite history, and more, to get to the route of the issue.
The trainer will likely recommend safety and management protocols, changes in daily routine, and alternative activities to meet your dog’s needs in a productive and safe way.
A follow up email with review and training protocols will be provided within 48 hours of the consult and clients are encouraged to sign up for a behaviour modification package if they would benefit from additional support.

Behaviour Modification Packages
After you’ve completed a virtual consult and received a personalized behaviour modification plan, the trainer will recommend a single session or package of 60-minute in-home appointments to help implement the plan and assist with any troubleshooting.
Training protocols will be discussed, demonstrated, and then practiced with the client in a controlled environment so the trainer can give instant feedback on handling skills, mechanics, timing, and adjustments in the environment to improve success rate

*Behaviour modification is the process of changing your dog’s emotional response to provoking stimuli in the environment. This translates to switching your dog’s emotional response from fear, frustration, and/or hyper-arousal, to focused, calm, and engaged. The process is done through strategic desensitization and counter conditioning. It takes time, consistency, and patience to see progress, but with a solid foundation, the lasting behaviour is a big payoff for hard work and dedication.

In-Home Boarding
This service is only available in Parkview Hills.
A qualified, responsible, and trusted trainer will come stay in your home to care for your pet(s) while you are away. There will be daily communication, including pictures and updates through a preferred app for your peace of mind.
$150/day
*Additional charges may apply for more than one pet, medical care, and/or training services.

Polite Pups(Puppy Socialization Class)
6-week in-person classes
Puppies between 2-6 months old can attend this class to learn all about proper manners in our human-centered world.
Each class will teach basics such as positions(sit, down, stand), come, stay, touch, go to mat, leave it, eye contact, and leash manners
Each class will include a short play session at the end to teach puppies how to respectfully interact with one another.
A homework package including all 6 weeks of class lessons will be sent as an attachment in the welcome email

Tricky Dog
6-week in-person classes
Build the bond with your pup by learning the basic concepts of teaching fun new tricks
Come learn tricks such as spin, back-up, heelwork, take a bow, wave, roll over, and maybe more!

Bring It! Retrievals Group Class
6-week in-person classes
Build your bond by teaching your pup this fun and practical skill! This class breaks down the components of teaching your pup to retrieve an item on cue. At the end of the six weeks, you will be able to cue your dog to search, find, pick up, carry, and bring a specific item to you.
